STATIC QR WORKSHOP
Bulk QR Code Generator
Paste a list or upload a CSV and get up to 500 matching QR codes: every one scan-checked, downloaded together as a ZIP of PNG or SVG files, or laid out on printable label sheets.
- Up to 500 codes
- CSV or one per line
- ZIP of PNG or SVG
- A4 and Letter label sheets
How it works
- Add your list. Paste one link or piece of text per line, or upload a CSV. In a CSV the first column is the content of each code and the optional second column is a label, such as an asset number or a table name.
- Pick a look. Use a preset, your last style from the generator or a style you saved there. Choose the error correction level, a label under each code and, if you like, a logo.
- Make the codes. They are made one at a time, and each one is decoded again to check that it reads back exactly. Rows that cannot become a code are listed with the reason; the rest carry on.
- Download. Get a ZIP with one PNG or SVG file per code, named after the label or numbered, or a PDF label sheet with as many columns and rows per page as you need.
Preparing a CSV
Any spreadsheet can save a CSV file. Put the content in column A and, if you want a printed label or a meaningful file name, put it in column B. A first row with column names such as “url” or “content” is recognised as a header and skipped; you can change that with the checkbox. Commas, semicolons and tabs all work as separators, and values in quotes may contain commas or line breaks, as in any standard CSV.
| Column A: content | Column B: label (optional) |
|---|---|
| https://example.com/menu/table-1 | Table 1 |
| https://example.com/menu/table-2 | Table 2 |
| ASSET-0042 Laptop, room 3 | ASSET-0042 |
With “Auto”, rows that start with http://, https:// or www. become links, and everything else is written into the code exactly as it is. Choose “Every row is a web address” to add https:// to bare domains, or “Every row is text” to change nothing at all.
Label sheets for printing
The label sheet puts one code per cell on A4 or US Letter paper, with the label printed under each code, light cut lines if you want them, and a 1 cm page margin. Pick the number of columns and rows to match your labels or the size you want to cut. The page tells you how wide each code will be; the codes are vector, so they print sharply at any size. Keep each code at least 2 cm wide for phone cameras, as explained in the QR code size guide.
Typical uses are asset and equipment tags, table numbers in a restaurant, room signs, event badges, shelf labels, product samples and classroom handouts — anywhere you need many codes that look alike but each lead somewhere different.
Limits and errors
One run makes up to 500 codes; split larger lists into several runs. A row that is too long for a single QR code at the chosen error correction level is reported with its row number and left out, and the other rows still become codes. If a code does not pass the scan check — usually because of a busy style or a large logo — it is still included but listed as a warning, so you can switch to a plainer preset or a higher error correction level and run the list again.
Private and free
Your list never leaves your device. The codes, the ZIP file and the PDF are all made in your browser tab, so it does not matter whether the list contains internal links, serial numbers or personal details. There is no account, no limit on how often you use it, and the codes are static: they keep working without this site.
Questions
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 500 per run. For more, split the list and run it again; each run takes from a few seconds to a minute or two, depending on the device and the PNG size.
What should my CSV look like?
Column A holds the content of each code, column B an optional label that is printed under the code and used as the file name. A header row such as “url, label” is detected and skipped.
Can every code have its own label?
Yes. Choose “CSV column 2” as the label and each code gets the text from its row. You can also print the same text, such as “Scan me”, on every code, or no label at all.
What happens to rows that do not work?
They are listed with their row number and the reason, for example content that is too long for one QR code. All other rows still become codes and go into the ZIP.
Can I print the codes on label sheets?
Yes. Download the label sheet PDF in A4 or US Letter, choose the columns and rows per page, and print it at 100% scale. Light cut lines are optional.
Are bulk codes static?
Yes. Each code contains its content directly, so the codes never expire and do not depend on this website or an account.
